- The licence covers the version of the activity you received and any corrections we provide.
3. What the licence allows
- Running and showing the activity to children during educational activities, for example in the classroom on an interactive whiteboard, projector, TV or monitor, as many times as you like.
- Saving the file on the devices on which you use the activity (section 5), transferring it to the classroom computer, for example with a USB stick, and keeping a backup.
- Showing the activity to the children's parents, for example at a parents' meeting or an open day.
- During remote teaching, showing the activity to the children in your class by sharing your screen. Do not send the file itself to children or parents.
4. What the licence does not allow
- Sending the file to people outside the preschool the licence applies to, or to other schools.

- Using the activity in paid courses, clubs or other services outside the preschool without our written consent.
5. Who may use the activity
- The licence is the same for every buyer. It does not matter whether a teacher buys the activity in their own name or a preschool, its founding body or a company buys it with billing details. Billing details are only used for the invoice.
- The activity may be used by all teaching staff (teachers and teaching assistants) of one preschool, that is one entity with one company ID number, including its branch sites, in all its classes.
- If the preschool is part of a primary school, the licence covers the staff working with the preschool children.
- The file may be stored on all the devices the teachers of that preschool use for work (for example their own laptop and the school computer at the whiteboard) and in the preschool's internal storage that is not accessible to the public.
- For a purchase with billing details, the licence belongs to the preschool named in the order. A teacher who leaves the preschool may no longer use the activity under this licence.
- For a purchase in your own name, the licence applies to the preschool where you teach or the one you tell us. If you move to another preschool, you may use the activity there, and from then on the licence applies to the new preschool.
- The licence does not cover other schools, even if they have the same founding body.
6. Bundles and free activities
- The licence applies in the same way to all activities in a bundle.
- You may use free activities to the same extent as the activities you bought. Do not publish the file, but you may send colleagues at other schools a link to the activity's page on our website.
7. Breach of the licence
Using an activity beyond the licence infringes copyright, and we may bring claims under copyright law. If you need wider use, for example for several schools or for courses, write to us. We will be happy to agree on terms.
8. Effect
These licence terms take effect on 29 October 2026. The licence is governed by the version valid on the day of the order. If you bought an activity earlier, you may also use it to the extent set out in section 5 of these terms.
