Buying and payment
Do I need to register?
No. All you need is your email and name. If you're buying for a school, you'll also add the invoice details.
How can I pay?
In advance, by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. You pay on the secure page of the Stripe payment gateway; your card details never reach us. There are no payment fees.
Can I buy for a preschool with an invoice?
Yes. At checkout, tick I'm buying for a school or company and fill in the name, address and company ID. The invoice will be issued to the school. The activities and the licence are the same as when you buy in your own name; the school's details are only used for the invoice.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Right after payment you receive an email confirming the contract and your payment, with the download link and the terms and conditions attached. We will email you an invoice.
Downloading and opening
When do I get the activity?
Right after paying. The order confirmation page has a download button.
Will I get the download link by email too?
Yes, always. We send the link to the email address in your order. If you can't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
I bought it on my phone. What now?
No problem. Open the email with the download link later on the whiteboard computer and download the activity there.
How do I open the activity?
Double-click the downloaded file. It opens in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. You'll find step-by-step instructions for Windows and macOS in our guide.
The file opened in another program. What should I do?
Right-click the file, choose Open with and pick your browser. Step-by-step guide
Do I need the internet?
Only for downloading. After that the activity works offline.
How do I get the activity onto the whiteboard computer?
The easiest way is a USB stick, or open the email with the link on the whiteboard computer. All options
Licence and use
Can I use the activity again and again?
Yes, as often as you like. The activity is yours to keep.
Who can use the activity?
Your whole preschool – all teachers and classes. The licence is the same for everyone: it doesn't matter whether a teacher buys the activity in their own name or the preschool buys it with an invoice. See the licence terms for details.
Can I send the activity to a colleague?
Yes, if they work at the same preschool. Please don't send the file to colleagues at other schools; send them a link to the activity on our website instead.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
As a consumer buying online you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. For the activities, however, you agree at checkout that we make them available straight away, so you lose the right of withdrawal as soon as the download link is made available. If an activity does not work, you can make a complaint. Everything about withdrawal, including the online form, is on the Withdrawal from the contract page.
Technical questions
Will it work on my interactive whiteboard?
Yes, as long as the whiteboard is connected to a Windows or macOS computer. The activity runs in the browser and the whiteboard controls it by touch, like a mouse. The whiteboard brand doesn't matter.
Does it work on a tablet or phone?
The activities are made for the computer connected to a whiteboard or projector. We don't support tablets or phones.
Do the activities collect data about children?
No. The activities send nothing to the internet, have no ads and collect no data.
Can I try an activity first?
Yes. Every activity has a Try the demo button. Some activities are completely free.
